Privacy Policy — RT BulkFlow

RT BulkFlow is a catalog management app for Shopify (bulk editing, photo studio, promotions, recommendations). This policy describes what data is processed and how.

Data processed

With the merchant's authorization, RT BulkFlow accesses catalog data only through the Shopify Admin API: products, variants, prices, costs, inventory, locations, media (photos), collections, tags, SEO and discounts. RT BulkFlow does not collect or store any end-customer personal data (names, addresses, emails, payments).

Photos

Images sent for processing (background removal, backgrounds) are handled ephemerally and are not retained on our servers after the operation: temporary data is purged once processing completes.

Data stored

We keep only what is strictly necessary to operate: the Shopify API access token (used solely to call the Shopify Admin API on your behalf, and deleted when you uninstall), app preferences, bulk-operation history (to enable undo/rollback), automation rules and schedules. This data is tied to your store.

Retention & deletion

On uninstall, your data is erased. In line with Shopify's requirements (GDPR webhooks shop/redact, customers/redact, customers/data_request), all store-related data is deleted within 48 hours of uninstall.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data. Technical subprocessors (hosting, image processing) act solely to provide the service.
